What is Sarvatra CardSafe?
Welcome to the new Sarvatra CardSafe Application. With this application, Bank customers can control all card-related activities including setting a Green PIN, enabling/disabling card usage for ATM, POS, and eCommerce, and setting daily transaction limits — all from their registered mobile number.

How to Register – Step by Step
Download the App
Download the CardSafe app from Google Play Store on your registered mobile number.
Activation
When you open the CardSafe app for the first time, enter your mobile number registered with the bank. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Next.
Verify OTP
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Click Enter Manually and input the OTP.
Set Application Password
Set a 4-digit app password and confirm it. Click Done to save. Do NOT use generic passwords like 1234.
View Card Details
After entering your password, view all cards mapped to your registered mobile number. Swipe to select a card if multiple cards are linked.
Manage Card Status
Tap the card status edit button to Enable or Disable ATM, E-COM, and POS transactions separately. Set your preferred daily limits for each channel.
Important: The card holder must have the correct mobile number linked with the bank to use this application. For any support, please contact our nearest branch.
